Maple Kidz Clinic is closely monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Maple Kidz Clinic is taking precautions to keep you and your child safe while you are in the clinic.

There must be NO MORE THAN ONE PARENT/GUARDIAN accompanying any patient when coming into the clinic.

Masks are highly recommended during your visit in the clinic.

We do not offer COVID-19 testing at Maple Kidz Clinic. You will be directed to other health facilities if testing is required.

Consult Service 

SickKids has launched a COVID-19 Vaccine Consult Service for children, youth and their families to help answer questions about the COVID-19 vaccine and support Ontario’s vaccination effort.  
 
The Consult Service offers by-appointment phone consultations for children, youth and their families with a trusted health-care professional from SickKids. 

Vaccine hesitancy typically stems from common misconceptions about the vaccine that can often be clarified through a consultation with a knowledgeable, trusted clinician. The Consult Service provides a safe and judgment-free space for confidential appointments to help caregivers make informed decisions.

To book a confidential phone call with a SickKids clinician, please direct families to the online form at https://www.sickkids.ca/vaccineconsult. Anyone needing assistance to book an appointment may call 437-881-3505. 

Consultation is available in multiple languages and service is open for any resident of Ontario.
